What our AI does and does not do

Some features (such as Appointment Prep) use AI to summarise the information you have logged into questions and talking points. These outputs are observational, not diagnostic. The AI does not know your full medical history, cannot examine you, cannot order tests, and cannot prescribe treatment. Treat its output as a writing assistant — a way to walk into an appointment with your own evidence organised — not as a clinical opinion.
